Sinko ID gave a presentation this morning at the iAsk Pitch Breakfast, organised by iTanks and hosted this time by Everllence, which gave a compelling contribution on Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS). iTanks is the knowledge and innovation platform that has been connecting companies, knowledge institutes and industry experts since 2012. In front of a room of entrepreneurs and industry partners, Sinko ID explained how it helps startups grow from idea to scale.
Sinko ID gives startups access to its own technical environment with laboratory, pilot and testing facilities, backed by the knowledge and guidance of an experienced team. This allows young technology companies to build prototypes, test installations and scale up without having to invest in costly infrastructure themselves. During the presentation, Sinko ID shared examples from its own portfolio, including HydroCat (modular waste-to-energy installations), HyAPC (scalable, zero-emission power generation), Nexes Biotech (sustainable aquafeed), Saltes (modular energy storage), Coval Energy (CO₂ electrolysis) and GAFT (sustainable fuel technology).
“Startups with good technology often get stuck at the final step: testing and scaling up in a real industrial environment. That’s where we help, with our facilities and our people.”
— Frank Hollander, Managing Director Sinko ID
