Discipline Engineers (P&M / E&I)

About the Role

As a Discipline Engineer at Sinko ID (Piping & Mechanical or Electrical & Instrumentation), you contribute to the design, realization, and operation of pilot and demo plants across a wide range of innovative technologies.

You support both clients and the Sinko Group in delivering high-quality engineering solutions, from early design through to operation and maintenance. Depending on the project, you report to the Pilot Plant Manager or Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• ●Support clients and the Sinko Group in pilot and demo plant projects
• ●Contribute to engineering, design, and realization of installations within your discipline (P&M or E&I)
• ●Support commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities
• ●Ensure designs and installations meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• ●Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering and operations
• ●Provide technical input throughout all project phases, from concept to operation
• ●Troubleshoot technical issues and contribute to continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• ●HBO degree or MBO niveau 4 + proven track record in a relevant technical field
• ●5+ years of relevant experience with EPC companies or asset owners
• ●Experience in engineering, maintenance, or project environments
• ●Strong technical expertise within your discipline (P&M or E&I)
• ●Hands-on and solution-oriented mindset
• ●Good communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic project environment

For E&I Engineers:

• ●NEN 3140 certification required
• ●ATEX knowledge/experience required
