Process Engineer

About the Role

As a Process Engineer at Sinko ID, you support the development, design, and operation of pilot and demo plants across a wide range of innovative technologies. You work closely with clients and internal teams to help translate new concepts into practical, scalable processes.

In this role, you contribute to engineering, design, operations, and maintenance activities, playing an important part in bringing new technologies from concept to reality. You report directly to the Technology Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients and the Sinko Group in the development of pilot and demo plant projects
  • Contribute to process engineering, design, and optimization of installations
  • Assist in the operation and maintenance of pilot plants
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver project objectives
  • Provide technical input during design, commissioning, and operational phases
  • Troubleshoot process and operational issues
  • Work across a wide range of technologies in a flexible and adaptive manner

What We're Looking For

  • HBO degree in Chemical Engineering
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably with EPC companies or asset owners
  • Flexible and curious engineer with interest in a broad range of technologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on mindset and willingness to be involved in operations
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with clients and internal stakeholders
